The purpose of this curriculum is to explain the importance of the Human Resources (HR) Department
with a focus on remaining compliant with laws and policies at all times. The curriculum will define
discrimination and provide explanations of the different types of discrimination and the laws pertaining
to them. The courses included in this curriculum will also focus on laws and policies that specifically relate
to HR compliance and, additionally, advice and strategies for remaining safe and healthy while at the
