Course Overview
Our Agile Coach Certification focuses primarily on the mindset, roles, and responsibilities of an Agile Coach. After completion of this certification, you will be able to differentiate between and among mentoring, facilitating, professional coaching, and teaching, and they will also gain the skills needed to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution within a team.
Whether the coach is internal or external to the organization, agile coaching covers a broad spectrum that covers teaching, mentoring, problem-solving, planning, leadership, team-building, and mastery of skills and knowledge. Agile Coaches must challenge organizations to change the culture for establishing new paradigms which permit agile-lean thinking and quickly deliver value.

- The exam comprises of 65 Multiple Choice Questions out of which the candidate needs to score 70% (46 out of 65 correct) to pass the exam.
- Mode Of Exam
- Exams are online and proctored based, using a webcam and a reliable internet connection exams can be taken anywhere and anytime.
- Duration Of Exam
- The total duration of the exam is 1 hour 30 minutes (90 Minutes)

- Retaking Of Exam
- If a candidate does not pass the exam in the second (2nd) attempt, the candidate must wait for a period of at least fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of their attempt to retake the exam for the third (3rd) time or any subsequent time.
- The exam can be taken any number of times.

- The Certified Agile Coach (CAC)â„¢ is valid for life
