GOAL:
Risk Assessments provide a structured way of looking at risks and help create a plan of
action to deal with them. The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations
1999 require Risk Assessments to be completed by all employers and self-employed
people.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- What are the hazards?
- Who is doing what, where & when? (WWW)
AND - Who else might be affected by what is done?
- What is the degree of risk?
- What do we need to, or can we, do to control (eliminate/minimize) exposure to the
risk? - How will we monitor the work/people?
