Emotional Intelligence at Work
Course Description
Emotional Intelligence (EI) at work is a critical professional skill that enables individuals to understand, manage, and effectively express their own emotions while also recognizing and influencing the emotions of others. In today’s dynamic workplace, technical expertise alone is not sufficient—success increasingly depends on how well individuals interact, communicate, lead, and respond under pressure.
This course provides participants with practical tools and frameworks to develop self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, motivation, and social skills. It focuses on improving workplace relationships, enhancing communication, managing conflict, and strengthening leadership capability.
Participants will explore how emotional intelligence impacts decision-making, teamwork, customer service, leadership effectiveness, and overall organizational performance. Through interactive exercises, case studies, and self-assessment tools, learners will gain actionable strategies to apply EI in real workplace situations.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to respond rather than react, build stronger professional relationships, and contribute to a more positive and productive work environment.
