Agile approaches help teams respond to unpredictability through incremental, iterative work cadences known as sprints. Agile methodologies offer an alternative to the traditional waterfall model by promoting collaboration, flexibility, and faster delivery cycles.
This certification helps you understand the key principles of Agile software development, which include faster release cycles, better deliverables, and adaptability to change. You will gain insights into policies and process improvements that enhance collaboration between developers and project or program managers.
Agile software development uses iterative, feature-driven, customer-focused practices to develop applications aligned with user needs. This certification also offers practical experience in performing various roles within an Agile team.
