We recently delivered the Highfield Level 3 International Award in Delivering Training program for PHCC, aimed at enhancing their staff’s training delivery skills. This comprehensive program provided participants with the tools and techniques needed for effective training session planning, delivery, and evaluation. Key areas covered included understanding diverse learning needs, selecting the right training methods, and utilizing various delivery techniques to engage participants and ensure impactful knowledge retention.Â
The training also emphasized the importance of assessment and feedback, enabling participants to evaluate and refine their training sessions for continuous improvement. Participants learnt how to manage group dynamics, deliver engaging content, and assess training outcomes effectively. By the end of the program, PHCC staff were better equipped to design and deliver impactful training sessions that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.Â
This training initiative is a significant step for PHCC in strengthening its internal learning and development capabilities, ensuring that their teams can provide high-quality, impactful training to drive professional growth within the organization.Â
