BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

IATA TRAINING CO-ORDINATOR:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Co-ordinating directly with IATA after identifying training needs and IATA courses required to map out development plans for students. The training coordinator will be solely responsible for managing, coordinating and conducting all training programs based on IATA’s curriculum.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Schedule and plan training programs suited to the trainings (IATA and / or in-house) for students.
- Learn and function independently on the IATA LMS Training System to plan, request, and liaise with IATA for course materials, exams and certifications.
- Deliver IATA courses and prepare students for examinations by conducting model examinations and preparing students for IATA final examination
- Suggest marketing strategies to market Inspire as an ATC in Qatar and to provide necessary course information for Sales & Marketing purposes.
- Stay up to date on new IATA courses, training methods and techniques.
- Select and conduct appropriate trainings as per methods in IATA classroom trainings.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities required for the IATA trainings.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with IATA experts to ensure the ATC qualification is maintained as per IATA benchmarks.
- Prepare and present reports to the management when needed and undertake any other tasks and responsibilities appropriate to the post

The Business Development Executive will identify the potential business in the market and proactively build new markets for Inspire Management Training Center
to current and new clientele.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Updates sales support systems to keep a track of all the customer contacts.
- Follows up and stays up to date with clients’ accounts with regards to closing the deals and payments.

Job Summary:
Software Developer to work with our back-end software development team on custom client applications and web-based software platforms. From SaaS solutions to mobile application development, we want to you to build efficient, fully functional solutions based on strong coding and quality assurance practices. We are looking for someone with experience in designing LMS or ERP systems from the ground up.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- The Learning Software Developer will serve our clients by:
- Implementing new technologies by creating the next forward-thinking versions of our SAAS platforms (ERP, LMS, etc.) and rolling out new features.
- Strategically researching and implementing new technologies, development processes, and best practices (Agile, testing environments, etc.) with the software development & website development teams.
- Providing QA on the code you develop.
