Event Description

This condensed 4-hour training provides essential lifesaving skills in First Aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) use. Participants will learn to respond confidently to emergencies such as choking, cardiac arrest, bleeding, burns, fractures, and shock while following the DRABCD action plan. The course emphasizes hands-on practice with manikins and AED trainers to ensure readiness in real-world scenarios.

Key Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  1. Assess an emergency scene safely and prioritize actions using the DRABCD protocol.
  2. Perform CPR on adults (hands-only and with rescue breaths) and recognize when to use an AED.
  3. Relieve choking in adults, children, and infants.
  4. Manage bleeding, burns, fractures, and shock with appropriate first aid techniques.
  5. Identify signs of stroke, seizures, diabetic emergencies, and heat/cold illnesses.
  6. Minimize infection risks and follow best practices for personal and victim safety.
