Introduction

This 5-hour Barista Training – Theory Only programme provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of coffee, its journey from bean to cup, basic brewing principles, espresso fundamentals, coffee beverages, hygiene, safety, and customer service. The programme is designed to build a strong theoretical foundation for individuals who are new to the barista profession or wish to enhance their knowledge of coffee and café operations.
