Program Overview
The CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management builds upon existing HR knowledge and experience, preparing professionals for senior leadership roles within the People Profession. Equivalent to RQF Level 7, the qualification focuses on strategic workforce planning, organizational design and development, talent management, employment relations, reward strategies, and evidence-based decision-making.
Learners will develop advanced competencies in leading people functions, managing organizational transformation, promoting ethical leadership, and implementing HR strategies that support long-term business objectives. Through practical assignments and applied learning, participants gain the expertise required to influence organizational performance and contribute at a strategic level.
